You need to set RDNS for 63.169.148.23 (I believe that's your outgoing).
Some ppl are now so paranoid about spam that they think a lack of RDNS
is justification for rejecting mail. personally I think it's silly of
them but it's their right to block whatever they want to block.

I couldn't tell you how to go about that on an MS2000 box as I don't do
MS stuff, but I'm sure there's a readme somewhere.
