Hard to say without complete headers. Maybe the spam was just lucky and you weren't. If you use Razor/DCC/Pyzor and RBL tests, perhaps the spam was so new that no one had reported its fingerprint to e.g. Razor, and the relay it came from wasn't in any RBL.
