Hey folks.

Left the list for a while but re-subscribed 'cause I have a question to ask:

I have MailScanner running SA for me on 2 different servers and got everything
working VERY well about two months ago.

Within the last 3 weeks, both servers, which are secured and protected against
open relaying, etc., have had all outgoing messages flagged with the
Infinite-Monkeys flag and our outgoing mail has been flagged as spam.

Since I scan all OUTGOING mail as well as incoming, it's adding the 'spam'
prefix on all subject lines or outright deleting messages if the score gets too
high, regardless of a -5.40 Bayes score.

I had www.ordb.org run scans on both servers and came back clean, and
www.monkeys.com has no information on their site that I've been able to find
that allows you to be removed from a list they keep (or whatever/however they
tell MailScanner that our outgoing mail should be marked as spam).

The only way I could try to stop it is to tell MailScanner not to use
Infinite-Monkey checks on all incoming & outgoing mail, but that means I'm
relying on Bayes *only* to scan mail, and despite archives of about 10,000
pieces of collective spam/ham mailboxes, we're getting a ton of new spam.

Does anyone know how I can get off their list(s)?
