Note that Red Hat supplies this in RPM form, as the perl-DB_File package. Many Perl packages are available as RPM's using this naming scheme. If you find a CPAN package that isn't, grab the cpan2rpm package (available as an RPM or as a CPAN package) and use it to convert CPAN packages to RPM form for installation.
