This bug is marked as "resolved" with a target milestone of 2.70.
Does this mean that there is no fix/patch available, and will not be until 2.70 is released?
In the interim, I'd recommend disabling the rule by adding the following to your local.cf (don't forget to remove it when you upgrade to a fixed version)
score RCVD_IN_DYNABLOCK 0
The problem with this is it doesn't alter how other systems are handling email incorectly identified as a RCVD_IN_DYNABLOCK, this is only a cure to stop our own systems from falsly identifying the RCVD_IN_DYNABLOCK.
