Correct. The test address works, too:

> nslookup 2.0.0.127.bl.spamcop.net.
Server:  Loopback.KJSL.COM
Address:  127.0.0.1

Name:    2.0.0.127.bl.spamcop.net
Address:  127.0.0.2
