Go ahead and block it. Collateral damage? Good! That'll teach the
people on the same domain as spammers. Block dynamic IPs,
spam-friendly ISPs (that includes all ISPs, by some of the more
liberal definition of 'spam-friendly'), and also the range 0.0.0.0/0.

I'm just sore from gettin caught by rDNS and dynamic IP rules.
