Hey Everyone,
I'm having a problem trying to install spamassassin locally (my provider's
box crashed, and the new one doesn't have it installed site-wide):
I run:
perl Makefile.PL PREFIX=~/sausr SYSCONFDIR=~/saetc
and then
make ; make install
This is the error I get:
mkdir /usr/local/lib/perl: Permission denied at
/usr/share/perl/5.8.0/ExtUtils/Install.pm line 80
make: *** [pure_site_install] Error 255
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for any help. If you can email
me directly as well as to the list, I'd appreciate.
