What do I do with the "tests performed" available here: http://www.spamassassin.org/tests.html
Could someone please explain if I should just copy this file into a .cf file in my local.cf? I am currently running SA site-wide.
Um, don't do *anything* with that file, other than peruse it for your own information.
That's just a easy-to-read summary of the config files that come with spamassassin. They are already installed in /usr/share/spamassassin.
