If you control the MTA (doubtful; looks like this came through
Speakeasy) or can enable network checks in SA, this could've been
blocked by a number of DNSBLs (lookup 200.90.104.106 at
http://openrbl.org/). 200.90.104.106 is in LACNIC space, allocated to CANTV in
Caracas, Venezuela:

$ whois -h whois.lacnic.net 200.90.104.106
...
inetnum: 200.90.64/18
status: allocated
owner: CANTV Servicios, Venezuela
ownerid: VE-CSVE-LACNIC
responsible: Luis Muņoz
address: Av. Fco. de Miranda, Centro Lido, Torre A, Ofc. 41, 1,
address: 1071 - Caracas - MI
country: VE
phone: +58 212 9013683 []
...

A note to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> telling them to secure the open proxy at
[200.90.104.106] might help though I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for
them to get it fixed. Note that if <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> bounces, you ought to report them to
rfc-ignorant.net so they can be blacklisted yet again for not
maintaining RFC2142-mandated role accounts.
