I don't see much of a problem. 
logmsg: clean message (-4.9/4.0) for xadmin:500 in 3.6 seconds, 521
bytes.
Is the key line. This isn't too unreasonable.  What does sar say.

One of my incoming mail spoolers (which receives a fairly light load)
says:

12:40:00 PM       all      2.21      0.01      0.54     97.24
12:50:00 PM       all      1.42      0.01      0.41     98.16
01:00:00 PM       all      1.02      0.00      0.37     98.60
01:10:00 PM       all      2.73      0.01      0.49     96.77
01:20:00 PM       all      0.47      0.00      0.20     99.33
01:30:00 PM       all      1.41      0.30      0.30     97.99
Average:          all      1.50      0.02      0.38     98.10

The log file to accompany it contains:

Jan 26 13:29:24 vjo-lxutil-06 spamd[2141]: logmsg: clean message
(-4.6/4.5) for filter:120 in 2.0 seconds, 44790 bytes.
