I have messages I am desperatly trying to whitelist from SA. I am
using SpamAssassin on a Solaris 8 server using sendmail 8.12.10 and
MIMEDefang.

I have tried various lines in
/etc/mail/spamassassin/sa-mimedefang.cf to no avail:

   whitelist_from [EMAIL PROTECTED]
   whitelist_from [EMAIL PROTECTED]
   whitelist_from_rcvd [EMAIL PROTECTED] localhost
   whitelist_from_rcvd [EMAIL PROTECTED] unixrealm.com

Here is a sample of one of the messages I am trying to whitelist:

From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jan 28 11:14:21 2004
    Received: from daumier.unixrealm.com (localhost [127.0.0.1])
            by daumier.unixrealm.com (8.12.10/8.12.10/evision: 1.2 $) with ESMTP id
i0SGEHa8000399
            for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Wed, 28 Jan 2004 11:14:17 -0500 (EST)
    Received: (from [EMAIL PROTECTED])
            by daumier.unixrealm.com (8.12.10/8.12.8/Submit) id i0SGEHrS000387
for [EMAIL PROTECTED]; Wed, 28 Jan 2004 11:14:17 -0500 (EST)
    Date: Wed, 28 Jan 2004 11:14:17 -0500 (EST)
    Message-Id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
    To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
    Subject: !BB - 0000000! adsl.unixrealm.com.telnet - 723192168001001
    X-Spam-Score: 3.2 (***) MANY_EXCLAMATIONS,NO_REAL_NAME,SUBJ_HAS_UNIQ_ID
    X-Spam-Status: Yes, hits=3.2 required=2
    Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="----------=_1075306458-13026-0"
    MIME-Version: 1.0
    X-Scanned-By: MIMEDefang 2.37
    Status: RO
    Content-Length: 726
    Lines: 25

I thought the "From [EMAIL PROTECTED]" and "whitelist_from
[EMAIL PROTECTED]" would WhiteList that message no problem but as the
X-Spam-Status shows, the message was flagged as SPAM.

Is it something obvious I am missing? Is it because of the localhost
source?

I'm lost. Thanks!
