7.2 has been end-of-lifed, so you might think about starting from scratch. I'd suggest getting a spare box and loading Fedora on it. (Free download, pretty similar to RH7.2 so it won't be too alien, and comes with SA 2.60.) Get it to do all the things your current box does, then move the cables over. That makes it easy to switch back in the event of a disaster.

Ha, I wish. This server hosts almost 1000 email users spread over a couple hundred customer domain names. Our co-lo is supposed to be formulating a plan for us. That's why we have co-managed hosting: so I can make THEM figure out all that RH stuff. I'm just the flunky who gets to admin CommuniGate and all the stuff we have plugged into it. So I get the joy of tearing my hair out trying to upgrade SA now that the dude who was doing it before has become not-so-dearly-departed. Someone send me some magic dust and a chicken...
