I tend to trust BAYES_99 but have been plagued with BAYES_00 letting
obvious spams
through (the various popcorn/backhair/bigevil files have reduced this to

a manageable level though).

It seems to depend on what you're passing through it.  I used to have to
reset bayes once a week
via a cron job, but the extra rulesets seem to have tamed it a bit.
