The problem is this:

note that the hostname does not have rDNS saying "yahoo.com".  hence
the rule hits.

Normally there's a "delivery *from* yahoo" step, which works fine, but
that doesn't seem to be the case here.  are you POPping it directly from
Yahoo!?
