The do and will. I routinely receive spam (several 10's a day) to postmaster, mailer-daemon, and abuse, someone else handles webmaster. Postmaster because it's always supposed to exist and in the case of domain hosting is usually an alias to the same account that handles webmaster. Mailer-Daemon because spammers add bounces to their never-washed-lists. Abuse because it's listed in various public abuse related contact database, meaning spammers don't care that they are sending their spam to the very people that filter it.
