(Apologies to Scott, I merely hit 'reply' like works on every other mailing
list, and ended up sending him this reply directly rather than to the list.)

Or manually edit the recipients list after 'reply all'.

And build a special rule to whitelist the list, since you can't use
whitelist_from with any reliability.
