In general when you upgrade multiple inter-dependant RPMs at once, you must upgrade them at the same time with a single call to rpm. (ie: rpm -U package1.rpm package2.rpm)

AFAIK, No... SA's bayes filter is considerably different than the one bogofilter uses.
Just for starters, SA tokenizes message headers, but bogofilter does not. Bogofilter tokenizes just the text and html sections of the email.
The low-level details cause a large quandary of small differences... auto-expire, age tracking, database field formats, etc.
Your best bet is just to start off with a fresh run of sa-learn and build a new bayes db.
