I also run the antidrug, and a 10+ random words rule that gets posted about twice a week on this list. Also use bayes, pyzor and a couple of RBLS (spamcop and spamhaus's xbl)
getting 100% without any false positives is very very difficult.
right now I'm getting about 99.7% hit rate with no FP's that I know of.
