This is very simular to how I have mine setup (at least the two instances part). I just thought I'd mention that you don't have to have 2 ip addresses, as long as your sending instance is on a different port than your receiving. In my particular case, I not only wanted SA to only scan incoming email but also run other checks as well. Rather than on the sending side, I needed an all together different setup, with a different set of checks.
