Having a hell of a time with these!

I'm having trouble matching on the urls in this. Neither uri or rawbody will 
snag the domain name in this following snippet of code. This is from someone 
selling ebay bussinesses:

        604"><img src=3D"http://svniejf.info/ads2/03.jpg"; width=3D"325" 
height=3D"=
        175" border=3D"0"></td>

href=3D"http://svniejf.info/index.php?id=3D173&affid=3D4904&campid=3D=
        604"><img src=3D"http://svniejf.info/ads2/04.jpg"; width=3D"325" 
height=3D"=
        175" border=3D"0"></td>

I've tried this rule to no success:

        rawbody JEC_EBAY1       /svniejf\.info/
        score   JEC_EBAY1       2.0

I've also tried it as a URI rule with no luck as well.
