Rules in Maillog

Hello,
I used to see the rules that were used to evaluate spam messages in 
/var/log/maillog.

ie:  Milter change: header  X-Spam-Score: from 0 ()  to 1 (*) 
J_CHICKENPOX_21

Now it does not show up.  Not sure what changed.  Any ideas?
