Bayes changing files

Why do the owners of _toks, _seen and _journal keep changing along with 
the read and write ability to same?
And why don't I have a bayes_messagecount file.  Is _journal taking its 
place?

What did I do wrong?  Run sa_learn as root?
Thanks ahead.  I looked through the wiki and found nothing.
