Help a noob with a rule

Someone care to help a total regex noob out?  I'd appreciate some direction.  We've recently begun receiving quite a few Spams that have two characters in the drug name to try and hide it, also the two different percent misspellings seem to be in all of them.  Antidrug and the rest of my rules don't seem to catch it.  For the time being I've been trying to catch it with the website address in the message, but I've found four of those so far.
