If you use SA on the relays then it should work. If you are using a relay then there is no limit to the number of users.
What does your infrastructure look like?
I need to think about it, nothing is done for the moment. So if you have any idea :p
I think that i'll have a serveur running SA and an antivirus (which one ? i don't know), and a second server will be the "real" mail server with postfix or exim (most probably exim).
