OK, I see the scores for the others are in 50_scores. I assume an entry

score RCVD_IN_SORBS_HTTP 0 1.101 0 1.101

what are the other numbers for?

No the rule is turned off in scoreset 0 and 2. However, those are both "no network checks" cases, so it should be off anyway.

SA works on a concept of using four different "score sets" depending on which optional components are installed in your system.

The first score is for "set 0". This is used when spamassassin is run with no network checks, and no bayes.

Next is "set 1". This is used when there's no bayes, but network checks are installed.

Next is "set 2". This is when there's no network checks, but bayes is enabled and working.

Last is "set 3". This is used when both bayes and network checks are enabled.

Note that in order to have "network checks" enabled, you need one or more of the following:
the perl module Net::DNS installed, with rbls not skipped, and a working DNS resolver.
Razor2, DCC, or pyzor installed and enabled.
