Well BigEvil is a slave to the SA code. 3.0 has some nice tweaks by D.Q. to
fix some of the things that might be missed. I'm not sure about:
www=2Esysworldhost=2Ecom being caught. 

I don't see sysworld.com on any SURBL list either. So It looks like we can
add them. Bunch of recent posts on news.admin.net-abuse.sightings (NANAS)
with these spams.
