Max, Just a question out of left field. If there is a 99% chance that this is a spam (which would through it over the normal spam level) why was it missed? It seems to me that your threshold is higher than the default of 5, in which case this would have been marked. Bayes is our friend. We need to listen to him (or her). Anyways, you should either reduce your threshold or increase the default score for BAYES_99 in the local.cf. I would recommend lowering the score though.
