header_abuse is depreciated and replaced by header?.cf (four possible files,
you probably want the first 2-3 of them; read the descriptions to decide.

You don't seem to have sare_redirect.  Wouldn't help in this case, but a
good set of rules to have in general.

I don't think I see sare_random there eiter.  Good rules to catch
incompetent spammers.

Sare_genlsubj?.cf.  Again, 4 files to choose from.  Might actually help in
this case, although I didn't check specifically.
