Right now we just forward everything on, starting to look into LDAP though.
SA is opt-in so we redirect that mail to another server for scanning before
it's forwarded on to the user.

We don't scan outbound, but all outbound mail has to go through a relay
server.  This way if someone gets infected, they can't blindly start
sending E-Mail out from their machine.
