If you consider that current rules are developed and mass-checked over
days before they are posted at the SARE site, one check per day might
seem not too infrequent. But I do not want to argue over that.
Currently (HEADs not counted) there is one request per file per 24 hour
period. I did not decide to do this, so please don't blame me.
When I am finished hugging Chris (over a different topic), he might be
in the mood to give some further statements on this and maybe he can be
convinced in lowering the frequency. Please stay tuned.
