SA3 log parser script

Is it just my site or does this script seem to more than double the number
of Ham messages processed.  If I run the script I get 4385 HAM, if I run
grep "clean message" /var/log/maillog | wc -l   I get  2054.  Running a
grep for stat=Sent only shows 2636 messaged delivered.

Am I missing something?  I'm not very good with perl at all, otherwise I'd
try to figure it out myself.
