Somehow this message (attachment) didn't trigger _any_ of the rules we
have, not even BAYES_00. Have the spammers found a way to make
spamassassin abort its spamtests? Since BAYES_00 is missing, I suspect
that a locking-timeout for the bayes database occured. So far this is a
single case, but it still shouldn't happen. Any ideas on how to avoid
this?
