Do you mean SA doesn't filter any messages, or that procmail doesn't
filter based on the SA header?  If the former, check the procmail log to
make sure SA is being run and there aren't any errors.  If the latter,
fix your procmail rule. ;)

It's "rewrite_header Subject prefix_text".  The docs are pretty clear
about that.  I don't know why you're putting SA config options in the
procmailrc file though, that's just likely to tick off procmail --
SA will definitely not see it there.
