There is some sort of issue with the nameservers that are authoritative for the "netnoteinc.com" domain/subdomains, which the sample-nonspam.txt includes among its list of referring mail servers. Therefore when you run "spamassassin -t < sample-nonspam.txt > nonspam" it just sits there for ages..
The same problem occurs incidentally when you try and configure qmail-scanner-queue - it just sits there for literally 3 minutes or more before completing. Very frustrating.
