Don't think you'll find a "master list" as there really isn't one. It all
depends on which rules you decide to use. Does every other system use the
same rules that mine does? More than likely the answer is no, so my
"master list" will probably be different than your "master list".
Tell your opt-in recipients to whitelist you. You are sending to people
who opted in right? Those that really want your advertising will get it,
those that don't may or may not get it. Just be careful, if you get on one
of the block-lists.... Kiss it goodbye....
