You really want to update the system to stop this. While SA will scan
outgoing, you will still be hurting your system. Kind of like:

I left barn door open. I want horses to leave but not sheep. I'm hiring a
guy to shoot all sheep that attempt to leave. 

Silly isn't it :) Shut the door.
