Thanks.  What I wasn't sure of was whether or not I could pipe it into
spamassassin with a -d flag, but it looks like that is only for
spamassassin and not for sa-learn....

Thanks for the link.  I was already half-done with a perl script using
MIME-tools to get the message back out.
