Hmm.  Well, I did not do any code changes and have not seen these error
messages.  Are you up to date on Recommended Patches?

Have you considered using the pkgs from blastwave.org?  This will
install perl, SA and all required (and maybe some optional) perl modules
in the blastwave.org environment, i.e., /opt/csw.  A sample startup
script is provided if you need it.

For a new setup, I have a SA3.0-pre4 package available, but you have to
install the dependencies with a few pkg-get commends.  I am still
working on the upgrade portion of the package and did the upgrade
manually on my workstation.  My mail server still runs the released
package.
