Not with those headers, no.. That From: line does not contain any RFC compliant email addresses... It's got a Mailto: link which contains an email address, but SA considers that a part of the free-form-text part used for names, and doesn't consider it an email address. (email addresses in this kind of From: header will be in <>'s)
Perhaps you should look at the full headers, perhaps whitelist by what is in the Return-Path header. Hopefuly that's not some malformed HTML horse-dung.
