I AM MR SMITH TOM, many of us who haves last names for first names and vice-versa use this greeting frequently. To think that someone would arbitrarily mark this as spam....
Do you commonly type your greeting in all-caps? I know some people type in all caps, but how many are on the level of formality of saying "I am Mr.", much less continuing to do it in all-capitals?
I might say something like: "I am Mr. Matthew Kettler", but that's quite different from "I AM MR MATTHEW KETTLER"
Something case-sensitive like this might work:
body L_I_AM_MR /\bI AM MR\.? [A-Z]{3,15}\b/
score L_I_AM_MR 1.0
