What version of Spambayes are you using?  When do you get this error?  (e.g.
when you open Outlook, when new mail arrives, when you use the
Recover/Delete buttons, ...).

Could you send us a copy of your most recent log file?  The troubleshooting
guide explains where to find these.

It would also be worth running scanpst ("Inbox Repair Tool") over your pst
files (assuming the mail is in a pst and not on Exchange/IMAP/Hotmail), and
running Outlook's "Detect and Repair".
