By "hangs", do you mean that it's still visible, but is non-responding?
Does this happen every time you try and exit, or just periodically?  Are you
connected to an Exchange server, or just using POP/IMAP/Hotmail?  What
version of Outlook and Windows is this?

Nothing appears to be amiss in them, unfortunately (so no clues).  One is
with SpamBayes disabled - but I presume you did that manually.  One is
unregistering, but I presume that was as a result of the uninstall you
describe.
