SpamBayes was working perfectly and I thought -
great, at last I have a good Spam filter
No when I try to start Outlook Express I
get this message:
The connection to the server has
failed
Account: 'Trevor'
Server: 'localhost'
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No
Error: 10061
Error Number: 0X00CCC0E
I was not sure what settings should be in IE so I
removed
Use SSL 2.0
Use SSL 3.0
Use TLS 1.0
This may be why Secure(SSL) says No
However, I then put these options back and tried OE
again with the same result.
What is wrong?
