Do you have a SpamBayes toolbar? If you do, then you can choose
"SpamBayes Manager" from there and then click the button to start the
wizard.

If it's not, check to see if Outlook has disabled the plug-in (this
would be unusual for a first-run). Help->About Microsoft Outlook-
 >Disabled Items.

If that's not the case, check to see if SpamBayes is installed - look
to see if it is in the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel list. (If
it's not, try the install again).

If it is installed, but not in Outlook, please see if there is a
SpamBayes log file, and if there is, send us a copy. This will
probably be in "\Documents and Settings\{username}\Application Data
\SpamBayes\" and be called SpamBayes1.log. Note that the Application
Data folder is hidden by default; if you type the path in the Address
Bar, that will get you to it.
