I have had Spam Bays for several years. I had a problem this morning when I opened outlook. A dialog box came up and said there was a problem and to click OK if I want to fix the problem. The dialog box came up again and said I had the same problem. I have uninstalled Spambays and downloaded the new version but it still does not work. In looking at my computer the uninstall did not uninstall all the related programs. Have you seen this problem before? Can you get someone to help install the newer version and get it running?
