As Tony is only dropping in infrequently at the moment, I'll try a suggestion, which may be well wide of the mark.
 
I believe MAPI_E_INVALID_ENTRYID is a Microsoft error. Try a Google search  for the term:
 
site:Microsoft.com "MAPI_E_INVALID_ENTRYID"
 
and see if anything there fits your circumstances.

I’m getting this error in my log.  The application was running fine until I had to restart my machine.  I can manually filter the messages but the automatic message filtering is not working.
