[Spambayes] Removing spambayes 1.0.4

I have used Control Panel Add or Remove to remove spambayes. it says 
that some items should be removed manually.
The icon is still in my taskbar. Attempts to remove the program from the 
Program Files folder will not allow python23.dll to be removed. how do I 
remove the program from my computer
