None that I'm aware of. The Mac community is much smaller than Windows and
within that community I think Mail.app is probably the prevalent mail
program (maybe Thunderbird is second?). Does Entourage provide a usable
plugin API? Is it not possible to use the POP3 proxy or the IMAP filter
with Entourage+Exchange?
