I notice this question comes up frequently on the forum. Yes, SpamBayes will work with Outlook 2007 under Vista.
However, you will need to modify the permissions that SpamBayes runs under. Either run Outlook 2007 as an admin or, better idea, give the Users group Modify\Write permissions to the \Program Files\SpamBayes folder.
